About Me

Hello, my name is Tod Hirsch.

I am a 43 year old white male living in San Jose, Costa Rica.  I am lucky to have a wonderful family of all women. My wife is Katia Odio - a great little Costa Rican woman whom I met and fell in love with back in graduate school. We also have three beautiful little girls - Emma, Mia and Daniela. Emma is 6 and Mia and Dani are 5 years old.

While I have tried various careers over the years, I have to say that I most enjoy working in technology. For the last 10 years this has been my primary means of employment. I have worked with various organizations with Deloitte Consulting and The Home Depot being the most well known.

I moved down to Costa Rica with my family in 2006 and have been keeping very busy with a wide array of technology projects. Everything from real estate web site development to complex accounting system project management. You can view my resume here.

My current client is Voyageur Foundation, a very respected international investor’s club that helps Canadian citizens empower themselves to invest internationally. I designed a complex web-based operational business processes platform based on their business needs. The project is due for completion in October 2008.
